In order to allow Technical Services Department to carry out a structural inspection of Smith Dorrien Bridge, the following traffic arrangements have been made.

As from Monday 2 August 2010 to Friday 6 August 2010 and again between Monday 9 August 2010 to Friday 13 August 2010 starting as from 9.00pm for a period of not more than 4 hours the road along the bridge will be reduced to one lane. Traffic along Smith Dorrien Avenue will be directed by stop and go hand signals. During Sunday 8 August 2010 Corral Road as from 8.00am will also have the road beneath the bridge reduced to one lane for a period of not more than 4 hours to allow the erection of scaffold to the top part of the bridge. The operation to dismantle the scaffold will then take place on Sunday 15 August 2010 during the same period.
